The first thing to do is to check the lubricant every 50 hours of working and make sure that the reducer casing has enough oil. You should also fill butter into the screw holes and dry grinding is a strict no.

Protect the machine from dust particles and other impurities and for this you should store the machine in an enclosed cupboard and cover it with a dust proof cover.

You should also check the quality of the motor oil reducer casing at least once a year. If you need to change it then you should remove the old oil residue and fill in fresh oil.

If you notice a reduction in the pressing capacity and the cake or the oil is abnormal, then you should check the pressing worm, cage bar and outlet device. Replace the worn out parts in time to prevent further damage to the machine.

After pressing oil every time you should clean the oil cake inside the machine and oil dirt and dust on the surface of the machine. Better still opt for a full overhaul of the machine every six years. For this it is advisable to entrust the mustard oil cold press machine to a thorough professional.

If any of the parts are worn out or damaged you should immediately either get them repaired or change them completely.

If you take care of these things with your mustard oil extraction machine then it will serve you a long time and you can have home pressed oil which is healthy and hygienic.
